Terms & Conditions
We define print-ready artwork as being a PDF document at actual size; graphic content is either vector-generated or images at least 300dpi, with appropriate bleeds and crop marks. The Adobe presets for “high-quality printing” generally work well. Microsoft Office files are not recommended as their appearance depends on the settings of the computer being used. Further details and options for graphic designers are available on request. If a customer supplies artwork that is not print ready, graphics charges usually apply at $80/hr, $20 minimum.

TYPICAL PRODUCTION TIMES
Production times in the table below are a guideline. They will vary with quantity, size, complexity, binding specifications, personnel/machine availability, etc. These typical turnaround times are from fully-approved artwork:
Express service is available on certain items if required in less than the posted turnaround times. We can explain your options on an individual basis. Some jobs are made using technologies where a minimum process time applies, and availability of the service depends on capacity availability. All time is charged at time-and-a half on jobs requiring evening or weekend work. In practical terms, express service premium ranges from 20% to 50%.
Design Services are charged at $80/hour, $20 minimum. An estimate can be provided, and we are willing to work within an agreed budget.
PRINTING ON CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED STOCK
We will print on customer supplied stock, such as wedding invitation kits, provided it is suitable for our equipment. Sometimes, coloured or textured paper can provide surprising results when printed. To minimise the cost of surprises, we charge for set-up and testing of the stock, and we require that the customer approve the first sample (“Press Proof”).
50% at time of order, balance upon receipt
30-day accounts available upon approval of credit application. On long-term projects, monthly billings may be rendered.
2% per month finance charge. All costs of collection accrue to the customer.
